From there our routes run north through Boca Raton and Delray Beach toward West Palm Beach and Jupiter, and south through Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood into Miami-Dade.
How we schedule by distance
Cities closest to our base, like Margate, Tamarac, Lauderhill and Coral Springs, can usually be fit in on short notice. Farther stops are grouped by day so the crew is not crossing three counties between jobs, which keeps estimates moving and arrival windows honest. When you call, we will tell you which day we are in your area.
Why the county matters for gutters
Broward and Miami-Dade sit in the Florida Building Code’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so how a gutter is fastened matters as much as how it looks. Palm Beach County mixes coastal estates, 55+ condo communities and newer western suburbs with HOA design rules. Miami-Dade adds older flat roofs that drain through scuppers. Each county page below explains what that means for your home.
Coastal, inland and western homes need different things
On the barrier islands and along the Intracoastal, salt spray works on fasteners and end caps, so we look closely at corrosion and hardware (our guide to salt air and coastal gutters covers why). In the older inland neighborhoods of Broward, mature black olive and oak canopies fill gutters fast, and cleaning schedules matter more than gutter size. Farther west, in places like Weston, Wellington and Coral Springs, newer homes with barrel tile roofs and HOA color rules are the norm, which changes how we walk the roof and which profiles we recommend.
Condo associations, plazas and 55+ communities appear in every county too. For those properties we work with the manager or board, schedule around residents, and put the scope in writing for the file. Whatever the property, a single call covers it: tell us the address, and we will tell you which of the pages below describes your area.

Service area questions
Do you serve my town if it is not listed?
Probably, if it sits between Jupiter and Miami. The pages here cover the cities we visit most, and we also schedule the smaller towns and unincorporated pockets around them in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade. Call with your address and we will confirm the day our crew is nearby.
How far do you travel from North Lauderdale?
Our routes run north to Jupiter and Tequesta and south through Miami toward Cutler Bay. Central Broward cities like Margate, Tamarac and Lauderhill are a short drive; farther stops are grouped by day so arrival windows stay realistic. Estimates are free everywhere we work.
Does the county I live in change how gutters should be installed?
It can. Broward and Miami-Dade are in the Florida Building Code’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, which raises the bar for how exterior components are fastened, while many Palm Beach County communities add HOA rules on gutter color and profile. Each county page explains the local details.
Are your hours the same for every area?
Yes. We schedule estimates and work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, across all three counties, and we group visits by area so a Jupiter job and a Hollywood job are not booked on the same afternoon. Storm calls are made safe the same day when the schedule allows.
